1. Pre-treatment equipment can be categorized into immersion chemical treatment, spray chemical treatment, and shot-blasting physical treatment; the choice depends on the product's size, shape, and process requirements.
A Chemical treatment process: Degreasing – Water rinsing – Acid pickling – Water rinsing – Neutralization – Phosphating – Water rinsing.
B Physical treatment process: Steel shot of varying diameters is projected onto the product surface using a shot-blasting machine to achieve surface cleaning.

2. The powder coating system consists of a spray booth, a powder recovery system, a spraying system, and spray guns.
A. Spray booths can be categorized into: steel plate spray booths, PVC spray booths, and manual spray booths.
B. Powder recovery systems can be categorized into: single-color cartridge recovery systems, quick-change cartridge recovery systems, and large-cyclone rapid color-change recovery systems.
C. Spraying systems can be categorized into: reciprocator-based automatic spraying systems, robotic automatic spraying systems, and manual spraying systems.

3. The oven system consists of the oven unit and the heating system.

a. Floor-mounted pass-through oven: Designed with air curtain insulation at both ends to effectively prevent heat loss. The internal temperature differential is minimal, controllable within ±3°C. Multiple temperature sensors are installed to monitor temperatures at various locations within the oven in real-time, ensuring consistent product quality.
b. Bridge-style oven: Features thermal isolation sections at the inlet and outlet; utilizes the principle of rising hot air to minimize heat loss. Constructed using engineered insulation panels, the oven maintains a low temperature differential between the interior and exterior. Equipped with high-volume hot air circulation fans to effectively ensure temperature uniformity throughout the oven.
B. Heating system energy sources: Options include electricity, diesel, natural gas, liquefied gas, coal, wood, etc.

4. Conveyor Systems
Conveyor systems include: light-duty overhead conveyors, heavy-duty overhead conveyors, power-and-free overhead conveyors, floor conveyors, manual conveyors, etc.
a. Light-duty overhead conveyors: Capable of transporting products weighing 1–200 kg; feature small turning radii and flexible routing.
b. Heavy-duty overhead conveyors: Capable of transporting products weighing 300–2,000 kg; offer high load capacity and relatively low cost.
